Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr (MBE) is an Irish artist, musician also a musician, actor and singer. Corr made her debut in 1990, as leader singer of the Celtic rock and pop-rock group The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim as well as their three elder siblings. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is one of the Corrs. She was awarded the honor of being a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is more well-known as one of the Celtic folk-pop group The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of The Corrs, she also serves as the group's leader. Andrea started her career as an actress in the year 1991. Later, she became an actor and musician. She was a playback singer in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is an extremely multifaceted performer. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums as well as two live albums and one remix. Also, she has received recognition for her charity work. Andrea and her boyfriend who is a stockbroker have two kids. Andrea's very first musical lesson was to master the Tin horn. Gerry was her teacher when she began to learn piano. Andrea is a Ukulele player. She spent the teenage years working on her technique. She worked with siblings and brothers in order to sing for the group. Andrea was a student at "Dun Lughaidh Convent' and often was a part of school productions.
